Burgerstein Sport is a multivitamin-mineral basic preparation that has been specially designed to meet the needs and increased requirements of athletes.
Antioxidants such as vitamins C and E, zinc and selenium help to protect the cells from oxidative stress. Various vitamins and trace elements support the immune system, energy metabolism and protein synthesis. Magnesium and calcium also contribute to normal muscle function. The formulation is supplemented with a berry extract.
A lot happens in the body during intense physical activity: the exertion causes antioxidants to accumulate in the body, which should be excreted. Minerals are excreted through sweating, which should be returned to the body. In addition, the vitamin and mineral balance is particularly challenged and should be supported.
