MISSING NUTRIENTS WITH HPU/KPU
DETOXIFICATION WITH HPU/KPU
STABILIZE INTESTINAL FLORA WITH HPU/KPU
What are KPU and HPU?
These are common, often overlooked disorders of the cell metabolism. People usually feel tired, exhausted, susceptible to infections and have low resilience. They often have pale skin and lips, circles under the eyes and facial swelling. A number of illnesses correlate with these conditions or can be a direct result of them. Thyroid disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, adrenal insufficiency, histamine intolerance, anxiety, depression, joint disorders, menstrual cycle disorders, gastrointestinal complaints, tooth enamel problems and others are associated with KPU or HPU.
A simple urine test provides information on whether HPU or KPU is present.
The most important therapeutic approach is to supplement the nutrients that are increasingly consumed in KPU and HPU and therefore lead to various deficiencies and detoxification disorders. The first priority is the supplementation of zinc, vitamin B6 (activated) and manganese. This is followed by vitamin D and magnesium.
The second therapeutic approach is to help the body detoxify. Detoxification of the liver and the entire body takes place with milk thistle, artichoke preparations, coriander tincture, chlorella algae or glutathione.
Depending on other symptoms, appropriate treatment is given. Weak thyroid function (hypothyroidism) or Hashimoto's thyroiditis can be stimulated with iodine, vitamin D, iron and selenium. Gastrointestinal problems require intestinal mucosa rehabilitation with pro- and prebiotics and L-glutamine.
Our TIP: Start slowly with the nutrient supplement and increase slowly! First take only zinc for a few days. If well tolerated, take additional vitamin B6. If this is also well tolerated, supplement with manganese!
