How do I get the bonus I have saved up?

• Annual billing: billing period 1.1. to 31.1. of the following year.

• Your annual bonus of up to 3% will be credited to your next purchase at the end of the billing period.

• Valid for all items except prescription fee.

• Cash redemption is not possible.

How do I get my personal advantage card?

Simply complete and return the regular customer form (which you can obtain from us) to us.

Your data will then be stored confidentially in our internal computer system for the use of your personal advantage card and will of course not be passed on to third parties.

The advantage card is not transferable.
