In a healthy body, tension is followed by relaxation. What can you do if this cycle is out of kilter or takes on a life of its own?

Stress, constant strain, anger, underlying anxiety, unresolved fears and conflicts can lead to low energy levels, fatigue, exhaustion, heart problems, sleep disorders, depression, panic attacks and pain in the long term.
Use the power of herbal medicines to prevent or treat restlessness and sleep disorders. Valerian, hops, California poppy, passion flower, lemon balm, melatonin, St. John's wort, roseroot and hemp are particularly suitable for this purpose.
I would like to introduce you to a very special plant. Lavender is the medicinal plant of 2020 and couldn't be better suited to this year. It has a wide range of effects. Its calming and relaxing power helps to relieve anxiety, cope better with stress, improve sleep problems and balance restlessness. It is just as powerful in skin care for neurodermatitis and burns as it is for an overstimulated nervous system.
We use the beneficial effects and the fine fragrance of lavender in our aromatherapeutic Relax series. Fragrances have an effect on the oldest parts of our brain, where emotions are also at home.
Perhaps you would like a little Good Sleep Spray on your pillow or over your bed, close your eyes and imagine a field of lavender in purple bloom, with a warm wind gently moving the flowers and brushing over your face, where you can smell the intense fragrance and hear the buzzing of bees.
Such a little mental time-out automatically leads to a healthy moment of relaxation in the body and helps you fall asleep.
During the day, make sure you have periods of relaxation in which your body has the opportunity to counteract the stress hormones with sufficient balancing rest hormones. You can achieve this parasympathetic effect very easily through a conscious, powerful exhalation process. It takes little time in between and can be done unnoticed anywhere, the effect on your body is strong and lasting.
Many children are experiencing a double burden this year. They perceive the worries and fears of their families in addition to their own thoughts. Learning stress does its part to lead many children into restlessness and sleeplessness.
We have put together two effective Bach flower blends for during the day (flower meadow) and for falling asleep (starry sky).
If complaints in adults or children persist over a longer period of time, it is advisable to seek professional support.
