Description
Among other ingredients, yam contains diosgenin, a natural substance that is similar to the body's own progesterone and is said to have a progesterone-like effect.
The medicinal yam is a medicinal plant with a long tradition and has been used since time immemorial to regulate the female cycle, for PMS and menopausal symptoms.
The 10% yam cream is designed for use on the skin and is free from parabens, kerosenes, silicones, artificial colors, fragrances and preservatives.
Application
In the second half of the cycle, with a regular cycle from the 15th day of the cycle until the next menstruation, apply a cherry stone to hazelnut-sized amount 1-2 times a day to the inside of the upper arms or thighs.
