Shipments are sent by post or by DHL for international shipments. 

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Republic of Moldova, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine, Vatican City.

Below are the shipping costs for international shipping:

Price group A

Austria: EUR 5.90

free shipping from EUR 100,- purchase value

Germany: EUR 8.90

free shipping from EUR 100,- purchase value

Price group B:

All EU countries

up to 50 EUR purchase value: 19,40 EUR

free shipping from 200 EUR purchase value   

All prices include the statutory value added tax. 

Returns - information on the process

Please inform us at the e-mail address shop@marienapotheke.at, stating the order number and the reasons. We will then get in touch with you.

Cash refund

After proper return, we will refund as follows:

- If you pay by credit card, the amount or part of the amount will be refunded to your credit card. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- If you pay by IMMEDIATE TRANSFER, the amount or partial amount will be transferred to your account. For this we ask you to provide your bank details (IBAN).

The customer shall bear the return costs.

We will endeavor to refund the corresponding amount as soon as possible after receipt of the goods. However, we ask for your patience, as some payment providers may take 1 to 2 weeks before the money is credited to your account.
